Kent: 'After the bad result, motivation will be very high'

The unique situations of the Indianapolis Grand Prix saw Kent leave without points for the first time this year.

After a tough time in the united, Britain’s Danny Kent (Leopard Racing) is eager to get out on track at the bwin Grand Prix České republiky for round 11 of the Moto3™ World Championship. Despite missing out on points Kent still has a comfortable lead in the championship standings as his closest rivals both finished off the podium.

The Brno circuit produced an excellent Moto3™ race last year, Karel Hanika (Red Bull KTM Ajo) finished fifth and just 1.838 seconds behind the race winner, the closest ever top fifteen finish in Grand Prix history. This intense battle saw Kent claim third, his best ever result at the circuit.

Danny Kent: “Well, luckily the next race in Brno already takes place this weekend and I really look forward to round eleven. Especially after the bad result in Indianapolis, motivation will be very high to try to extend our championship lead even more. But I also look forward to enjoy the fast and flowing circuit, so I think Brno will be a very good track for me and Honda.”
