The Indian Grand Prix is coming! The event, set to be held from the 22nd to the 24th of September at Buddh International Circuit, will see MotoGP™ debut in the world’s most populous country – and ticket sales are already underway.
Honourable Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath unveiled the ticket sales as they opened on the 23rd of June, and he also received the very first one in recognition of his vital role in the project, which has been instrumental in paving the way for MotoGP™’s maiden event in India.
Organisers of the Indian Grand Prix, FairStreet Sports, have also ensured a pricing structure that goes from the most accessible possible to true VIP weekend experiences, guaranteeing MotoGP™’s debut in India is an event for everyone.
Not only that, the Grand Prix will also have a significant positive economic impact on the local area, and puts Uttar Pradesh and India on the motorsports map.
As hype continues to build for the event and India’s debut on the calendar, progress on track also continues. The circuit is undergoing some changes and finishing touches for FIM MotoGP™ homologation, with the stage nearly set for the inaugural Indian Grand Prix.
