With the summer break now underway, it’s the perfect opportunity to look back and reflect on the busy first part of the season. There’s always plenty of chat which takes place post-race, and luckily, we caught it all on camera, capturing laughs, surprises and unforgettable moments. "You're the leader... until tomorrow"
Our first stop in this year’s edition is at the season opener in Thailand! Following an epic Tissot Sprint battle, Pedro Acosta (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing) earned top spot and the title lead, exchanging jokes with Marc Marquez (Ducati Lenovo Team) as Sunday's battle talk began at Round 1.
UNHEARD: "The wing broke, he’s f*****!"
Now over to the USA, where Jorge Martin (Aprilia Racing) shared his mid-race thoughts with Acosta and Marco Bezzecchi (Aprilia Racing) as they discussed the moment when the #37 lost some aero following early contact.
"I was like, 'Ogura's going to beat me too!'"
It was a historic all-Aprilia podium at Le Mans, with Marco Bezzecchi keeping a keen eye on Ai Ogura (SuperFile Trackhouse MotoGP Team) in the closing laps. Martin was victorious, winning by nearly half a second as the top three reflected on an epic Le Mans showdown!
"I'm doing the right-hand turns like Norick Abe"
It’s time for the first of two in Hungary, which saw Marc Marquez earn victory in the Sprint, writing another remarkable chapter following his Le Mans crash as he compared his riding style to Norick Abe on Saturday.
"You're too old for 6-7"
Remaining at Balton Park and after an epic Sunday scrap, Marc Marquez returned to the top step in a Grand Prix, celebrating with some questionable dance moves over the finish line, which the #93 spoke about to Acosta and Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo Team).
"I was like, 'How is this possible?'"
