DUCATI LENOVO TEAM
The reigning World Champions will retain their very own reigning World Champion in Marc Marquez until at least 2028. The Spaniard will have a new teammate though in Pedro Acosta, who moves from KTM machinery. ‘The Shark’ will also be in Ducati red until at least 2028.
APRILIA RACING
The current Championship leaders confirmed Marco Bezzecchi on a multi-year deal ahead of the Sepang Test at the start of 2026 but his teammate was confirmed at the Dutch GP: Francesco Bagnaia. The double World Champion has a four-year deal with the Noale brand.
MONSTER ENERGY YAMAHA MOTOGP
Fabio Quartararo and Alex Rins have been officially announced as not part of the project from 2027 onwards. In their place, 2024 World Champion Jorge Martin and Japanese sensation – and newest MotoGP winner – Ai Ogura. Both have contracts until the end of 2028.
BK8 GRESINI RACING MOTOGP
Nadia Padovani’s team have confirmed a full changed line-up for 2027, mixing MotoGP championship-winning pedigree with youth as Joan Mir and upcoming rookie Daniel Holgado get set to jump on Ducati machinery.
RED BULL KTM FACTORY RACING
Following Pedro Acosta’s departure, Red Bull KTM Factory Racing have announced an all-new lineup for 2027 as Alex Marquez and Fabio Di Giannantonio prepare to make the switch to the Austrian manufacturer for the upcoming season.
HONDA HRC CASTROL
Plans are beginning to take shape at Honda HRC Castrol following the announcement that Fabio Quartararo will join the squad from 2027. His teammate remains unknown, with HRC yet to confirm whether Diogo Moreira or recent HRC signing David Alonso will partner the #20 in the factory team. There will be a shake-up in management too, as Alberto Puig leaves his role as team manager and becomes an advisor, being replaced by Mikihiko Kawase.
CASTROL HONDA LCR
One side of Lucio Cecchinello’s team has already been confirmed and was done so last year, with Johann Zarco penned in for 2027. The other side with Pro Honda LCR is yet to be confirmed. HRC recently announced a multi-year deal with David Alonso, with his team yet to be confirmed, whilst Diogo Moreira is already in the first year of his own multi-year HRC contract.
SUPERFILE TRACKHOUSE MOTOGP TEAM
It’s exciting times over at the SuperFile Trackhouse MotoGP Team, with the American squad announcing that they will continue to work with Raul Fernandez until the end of 2028. His teammate? Enea Bastianini. The Beast enters the SuperHouse in 2027, ensuring Trackhouse have experienced, race-winning pedigree on both sides of the box going into next year.
RED BULL KTM TECH3
We’ve had our first confirmation from Guenther Steiner's team, with Luca Marini joining Red Bull KTM Tech3 from 2027. His teammate remains unconfirmed, but what we do know is that Tech3 will race with KTM machinery from 2027 and beyond following a multi-year agreement.
PERTAMINA ENDURO VR46 RACING TEAM
News is beginning to arrive from the VR46 Racing Team, with Fermin Aldeguer recently being announced as their latest signing. Aldeguer remains on board a Ducati for 2027 and 2028 with his teammate unknown as Fabio Di Giannantonio moves on from the Italian squad next year.

PRIMA PRAMAC YAMAHA MOTOGP
Finally, no big news for Paolo Campinoti’s team with regard to 2027 just yet. Rookie Toprak Razgatlioglu heads into his second season with the team and took part in the tyre test on Monday after the Czech GP with the new 850cc prototype; besides that, no indication of who else will be there in 2027 and beyond.
