18-year-old Kazuki Masaki was a regular frontrunner in the Asia Talent Cup for several seasons before moving onto the next step on the Road to MotoGP™ in the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup. He won that in 2017 and made his wildcard debut in Moto3™ that same year in the season finale at Valencia, coming 10th overall. In 2018 he moved up full-time with RBA BOE Skull Rider and scored some solid finishes - as well as taking his first front row start. 2019 will see the Japanese rider remain with the same team, aiming to crack the top ten more consistently and fight at the front.
