MotoGP today announces the appointment of Vince Russell as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with immediate effect.
Vince brings extensive financial leadership experience across media, technology and entertainment. Most recently, he served as CFO of Channel 4 in the UK, where he played a key role in driving financial performance alongside transformation and modernisation across the organisation. Prior to this, Vince spent 15 years at Sky, one of Europe’s leading media, technology and connectivity companies, holding several senior finance leadership roles during a period of significant growth and diversification. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

The appointment comes at a pivotal moment for MotoGP, as the championship continues to evolve its commercial model, expand its global reach, and strengthen its position at the intersection of sport, media and entertainment. As part of this structure, Enrique Aldama will continue in his role as Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the Board, ensuring continuity across the organisation’s operational leadership.
